Brilliant. Bold. Disruptive.
But also arrogant, combative, and unwilling to set boundaries.
Uber scaled at lightning speed — yet a culture of toxicity and unchecked aggression eventually forced him out.
The company survived, but not without scars.
The takeaway: Just as good traits multiply value, destructive traits can erode it — fast.
